A dream Brought to reality….
CW Construction is the realization of my childhood passion. From an early age, I could be found tinkering in the garage or working in the yard, driven by a love for creating and building with my hands. I knew one day I wanted to run my own construction business.
My journey began in 2012 when I began studying Construction Management at Colorado State University. I received my BS in CM in 2016. I moved to San Francisco soon after graduation to pursue a career in construction. I worked for various companies over the years building everything from biotech labs to schools and office spaces. Even though I enjoyed the work I was doing I knew I wanted something more. In 2020 I began working for a company which specialized in smaller projects including restaurant construction and remodels. I immediately knew this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my career
In 2023 my dream of owning my own company was realized and CW Construction was born! My operations manager Calvin has been an integral part of the business since the start, managing the essential operations that keep our projects moving forward. From coordinating initial estimates and meeting with clients to scheduling our network of subcontractors, Calvin ensures the organizational and technical side of every build is handled with precision. Our team has worked hard to make sure your dreams are brought into a reality.
CW Construction embodies the values of hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication. With my experience in various areas of the construction industry, I strive to bring expertise and a hands-on approach to every project.

While running a construction company that builds amazing spaces is my passion, I do like to get out and enjoy the world! You might find me skiing in Tahoe or camping along the Pacific Coast Highway with my partner. I love all things outdoors! I also love to travel and see the world. When I’m not traveling I love to support my home town sports teams and enjoy all that the San Francisco Bay Area has to offer.
At the end of the day I work really hard but also play hard as well. Having a healthy work life balance is essential to staying healthy and running a successful business.

When I’m not diving into the operational details of a build, I’m usually looking for the next adventure. You can often find me on the slopes in Tahoe, camping along the coast, or exploring the world to see how other cultures design and live. Whether I’m traveling through Europe or navigating the hills of San Francisco on my bike, I’m constantly inspired by the world around me.
I bring that global perspective and my background in engineering back to CW Construction every day. My time spent outdoors and traveling has taught me the importance of rigorous preparation and situational awareness. I apply those lessons by ensuring our job sites are managed with a high standard of safety and a systematic approach to every challenge. By focusing on site safety and risk prioritization, I make sure our projects are not only built to the highest quality but are managed with a level of care and precision that our clients can rely on.
